Automatic coating of windows and frames on conveyor line

Lesta EasyProg PORTAL is a fully automatic coating system for windows, frames, doors, panels and cylinders, designed for systems equipped with an overhead conveyor: this is in fact the essential requirement for its operation, since the system recognizes parts while they are moving, hung in line.

At the heart of the system is a vertical scanning gate fitted with photoelectric barriers: each part attached to the conveyor passes through it and is scanned in its actual position. At that moment, the software instantly generates the optimal coating path, which the robot then executes fully autonomously — with no manual intervention on the program.

Unlike systems that require dedicated programming for each type of part, with EasyProg PORTAL you only need to create the coating recipes once, directly from the Robot Controller screen: they are then recalled automatically via barcode scan or touch-screen, every time a part of the same type passes through the gate.

The system is dedicated to recognizing windows, frames, mouldings, doors, panels, cylinders or similar parts, and is compatible with industrial coating and finishing systems for both liquid and powder.
