Lesta PRODUCTION MANAGER is painting production queue management software for painting systems: it automatically manages the painting production queue and the queue of related programs for each type of piece present.

It is generally installed on in-line systems when there is a need to paint a large number of different piece models, each associated with a specific program, so as to avoid the operator having to manually select the correct program among the many available in the archive.

Via barcode scanning

The first option is to have a barcode reader gun available: each code recalls a specific program. When the batch arrives, the operator scans the relevant code and loads the corresponding program, without having to manually search for the right program in the list archived in the system.

Via TAG

The second option is applying a tag to each carrier, which is read by an RFID antenna as it approaches the painting booth. Reading the tag triggers the loading of the corresponding program.

Via TAG WEB

The third option is applying TAGs and the related RFID antenna, managed remotely. The plant supervisor can have the list of jobs in queue and the related loaded painting programs available at any time, even from a location other than the painting line, without having to be physically present next to the booth to check which program has been recalled. This type of real-time industrial painting production monitoring is particularly useful on systems with multiple lines or unmanned work shifts.

Lesta PRODUCTION MANAGER TAG WEB is an accessory that can also be integrated into systems without Lesta robots.
