Lesta EasyProg 3D Scan is a fully automatic system that eliminates manual programming of the coating path. Thanks to a 3D scanner mounted on the carousel, the system automatically identifies the shape and size of each part and generates the optimal coating path on its own, with no need for an operator to program the robot part by part.

It’s the ideal solution for those working with non-standard, heterogeneous parts: panels of any thickness and shape (including curved ones), boxes and drawers, disassembled furniture, doors, and disassembled kitchens. Every time the part changes, EasyProg 3D Scan adapts automatically, with no need to stop production to reprogram the cycle.

Operation is simple: load the part onto the positioner, scan the barcode linked to the corresponding coating recipe, and production starts automatically. The system is compatible with both liquid and powder industrial coating systems.
