I manufacture many different product models — is there a robot that can recognize which part is in front of it and paint it accordingly?
Yes, the Lesta Image MATCH 3D pro part-recognition system consists of two or more scanners positioned in line ahead of the painting station, able to identify the specific product and its actual position in space (even in case of imprecise hanging). When the part to be painted reaches the robot, the system has already matched the corresponding program and corrected it according to the part’s actual position, allowing the robot to proceed with painting.
