Carousels for industrial painting plants
Carousels for painting plants are part-positioning automations consisting of a central body with a hole in the centre that houses the robot base, and a variable number of arms. The carousel structure rotates and brings the parts into the painting position in a controlled and constant manner.

Lesta painting carousels can be of 2 types:
• Integrated carousel connected to the robot and inseparable
• Stand-alone carousel that ensures maximum absence of vibration for very small objects

Also known as painting turntables, Lesta carousels can be equipped with 2, 3 or 4 arms

Each arm of the carousels engages a motor that allows the parts in the painting position to rotate on themselves and therefore be painted from all sides. The rotation of the parts on each arm can be activated either automatically or from the joystick by clicking the dedicated button.
