Autonomous Painting System with Piece Recognition

Image MATCH 2D is a system composed of dedicated software and a pair of photoelectric barriers, used on the line to identify the 2D surfaces of pieces and associate the corresponding painting programme.

In the initial phase of operation, the painting techniques for each type of piece are taught. After this, it is simply necessary to load the supply line with the pieces to be painted. Image MATCH 2D will take care of recognising the pieces, associating them with the corresponding teachings, and painting them.

This system is suitable for industrial painting and finishing plants, both liquid and powder.
