6-axis anthropomorphic robot

Lesta LEBOT DG is a 6-axis anthropomorphic self-learning robot, usually combined with the Lesta GESTURE movement-recording system for subsequent reproduction during painting.

It is available in 2 sizes with a wrist payload from 10 to 20 kg.

Its compact shape makes it suitable also for installation in booths with little room for movement.

Its specialisation in painting plants ensures countless fields of application: liquid or powder painting, painting of objects in metal, wood, plastic, ceramic, glass, paper and much more, in the production of chairs, windows, boxes, frames, doors, hoods, spoilers and mudguards, components for tractors and agricultural and earth-moving machinery, hydraulic pumps, helmets, pots, buttons and many other products.

This 6-axis anthropomorphic painting robot ensures maximum versatility and can be configured on the floor, on carousels or with an in-line conveyor, hung on overhead carriages or fixed to floor carriages or walls, used in every type of industrial painting and finishing plant.
