On September 25–26, our headquarters in Dairago (MI) hosted the Lesta WORLD Meeting 2025, a two-day event bringing together international partners and Italian installers to celebrate the company’s fifteenth anniversary and share strategies, projects, and visions for the future. With participants from over twenty-one countries and more than 900 robots installed worldwide, the event highlighted the global reach of our community and the importance of this gathering.
Lesta WORLD Meeting combined technical and commercial insights with networking opportunities, fostering direct and collaborative discussions. The first day focused on international business partners, who engaged in conversations on technical support, process optimization, marketing, and tools for growth. The day concluded with a dinner on Lake Maggiore aboard the steamship Lombardia. During it we presented special awards to long-standing partners who have significantly contributed to Lesta’s global development.
During discussions with international partners, Emanuele Mazza, Managing Director of Lesta, explained the meaning of the company’s name, an Italian term reflecting the identity and philosophy of our work:
“Lesta means speed (‘Lesto’ in Italian means ‘fast’ or ‘agile’). It captures who we are. Fast to respond, proactive in offering solutions, and always focused on the customer, who remains at the center of every decision we make.”
The second day was dedicated to Italian installers, featuring practical sessions with case studies, individual meetings, and open discussions. It provided a valuable opportunity to share real-world experiences and strengthen existing relationships.

During the Lesta WORLD meeting 2025, we also presented our latest innovations: Lesta Recipe Manager, Lesta Lebot Picchio, Lesta Paint Studio 3.0, Lesta Production Manager, and Lesta Lebot DG with Lesta Gesture, tools designed to anticipate market needs and reinforce our partners’ role as a driving force for the future.
The values guiding every decision at Lesta are reflected in all aspects of our work: efficient internal processes, continuous development of new products, regular updates of existing ones, increasingly advanced software, and special attention to documentation and customer support.
